Refund policy
Online Store Returns
We only accept returns that have tags on & are still in perfect condition, ready to be sold again in the name of sustainability. Most fast fashion brands offering 30 day return policies discard their returns, creating additional waste & damage to the planet.
This is why we must enforce a return policy that gives you 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. In-store purchases should be tried on in our change room to avoid unnecessary returns in the interest of sustainability.
We recommend gifting our gift cards or asking friends and family for their size before purchasing gifts of clothing. In the case of gifts, we can offer a direct exchange if the correct size is still available.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Only items purchased at Laluxe Femme are eligible for returns here.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@laluxefemme.ca with the reason for the return and photos of the item in its current condition. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping via UPS with a tracking number and insurance. Returns from the USA must be marked as returns; any import duties will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and correct it as necessary.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned: swimsuits, pantyhose, tights, hair scrunchies, headbands, and pajamas. Contact us with any questions or concerns about specific items before purchasing. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Any item sold for less than the original listing price is considered final sale.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. We cannot guarantee availability as we are a slow fashion boutique.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Non-Approved Refunds
If the return is not approved due to tags being removed or the item being stained, covered in fur, smelling of smoke/perfume, or clearly worn, the item will be returned to the customer at their own expense after the return fee is paid in full.
