Canada Post Labour Dispute Shipping Update

Our packages normally ship with UPS and will continue to do so whenever possible during the Canada Post Labour Dispute. Unfortunately, this does not include PO boxes so please consider shipping to a friend, family or workplace instead. We stand with the workers in their fight for a livable wage, good working conditions and other human rights. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Package Processing

Packages are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted (e.g., for pre-orders). All packages will be sent with a tracking number in a compostable mailing bag. During the winter, extreme weather may cause slight delays in the interest of safety.

Canadian Shipping (Domestic)

Flat rate shipping of $25 CAD per order. We encourage ordering at one time to minimize costs and reduce the carbon footprint. Tracking information will be provided as soon as possible but may take up to 48 hours to update. Delivery can be expected within 2-10 business days. Laluxe Femme is not responsible for delays or lost packages once the items are handed over to the shipping company. All packages are shipped in compostable mailing bags, which can be reused for returns or other mailing needs.

United States Shipping

We have decided at this time to indefinitely suspend shipping to the USA in a direct response to the current political regime's unstable policy changes surrounding tariffs and the de minimus package exemption. We apologize for the inconvenience but encourage you to redirect your frustration to the people implementing these policies not the small businesses trying to survive difficult times.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (ExpressPost or UPS with tracking and insurance). Returns from the United States must be shipped via DHL with tracking marked as a return. Failure to mark the item as a return, resulting in import duties, will have those amounts deducted from the total refund amount. Items must arrive back at Laluxe Femme within 14 days of being mailed.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada. Customers are responsible for any additional charges or duties incurred from ordering outside of Canada. Packages returned to us will have the cost of return shipping and any other related charges deducted from their refund amount before it is processed.
